Founded in 2024, SouthPoint is a capital and strategic partner with deep focus on operating excellence.
Our team met in Durham, NC and our name is a nod to the area we started working together. In the spirit of partnership it was important we include “& Company” in the name as we emphasize the importance of those we work with.
Our logo, a Pinetree, serves as a tribute to our North Carolina roots, while symbolizing longevity and resilience—qualities essential in both business and investing. Much like the enduring strength of a tree, successful partnerships and investments require patience and persistence. This symbol represents not only our origins but also our commitment to enduring growth and long-term success.
