Tom is an accomplished executive with deep expertise in strategy mergers and acquisitions, strategic integrations, and operational leadership. Currently, Tom oversees M&A activities and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, working closely with leadership teams to drive growth and transformation. In addition, as the Founding Principal of a boutique investment and advisory firm, Tom provides guidance on strategy, human capital, and transaction execution for clients across diverse industries.

In prior roles, Tom has led significant business turnarounds, executed complex transactions, and delivered value for stakeholders. As a CEO, Tom spearheaded the successful transformation of a multi-specialty healthcare practice, culminating in a shareholder exit to strategic acquirers. In a family office, Tom managed transaction workstreams on over $2 billion in executed and prospective deals, while also establishing governance structures and operational frameworks. Early in Tom’s career, he supported global M&A and divestiture efforts, contributing to successful transactions across multiple industries and geographies.

In his free time, Tom enjoys spending time with friends, family, and community.
